Superdrug launches in-store botox and fillers
'Non-invasive treatments' are everywhere - even Kylie Jenner's recent admission that she's getting her lip fillers resolved hasn't dented their dominance on the beauty scene.
And in a move that some (I!) find controversial, Superdrug this week became the first retail store to offer them in-store.
The treatments include Botox and Juvéderm fillers, and are only available to customers over 25. Superdrug has stated that all qualified nurses carrying out the treatments will be "trained to the highest standards".
It's not quite as simple as just popping in for cotton buds and new lips though. Consultations can only be booked by phoning their dedicated customer service team, and after this initial telephone conversation, a nurse will decide if treatment is appropriate.
Superdrug will roll the service out at their flagship London store, The Strand, from 16th August 2018, with a view to rolling out further clinics across the UK.
Prices start at £99 and can be booked only by phoning the Skin Renew Customer Services Team on 0333 320 3503.
