This week's 6 best new beauty products under £20
Because keeping up can be pricey work.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Gel, £19
The cult brand’s most cult product is arguably the Dip Brow Pomade - the only pomade worth using for Insta-brows. For a softer brow, though, it’s always been hard to do with ABH’s products. Step forward, Dip Brow Gel. The highly pigmented formula has been toned down into a tinted gel, defining arches without giving a fully opaque finish.
Revlon Cushion Lip Tint, 33% off this week at FeelUnique - £5.30
Lipsticks are all well and good but sometimes you just want a sheer lip tint to pep up your look without too much fuss. This Cushion Balm from Revlon is ultra non-sticky, and there’s 10 shades to choose from - everything from a preppy pink to a more vibrant red wash.
Simple Charcoal Cleansing Stick, £9.99
I am incredibly intrigued by this… inspired by Korean skincare, this cleansing stick is loaded with natural bamboo charcoal that ‘draws out dirt, oil and impurities from the pores’. While I’m not sure how it does it, I am impressed with the claims - and the reviews so far.
L'Oreal Flash Cat Eyeliner, 30% off at FeelUnique, £6.25
As a lifelong cat-eye fan, I’ve finally got a handle on how to do it. Most days. Some days though, I end up with one Winehouse and one Chung and I just don’t know how to rectify this eyeliner conundrum… so thanks to L’Oreal for bringing us The Flash Cat Eye Liner. With an ultra-precise tip and jet-black formula, it comes with a stencil attached to the lid that can be used to craft a flawless wing every time. No more last-minute micellar water mishaps.
♻️Burt's Bees All Aglow Highlighter Stick, £12.99
Going au naturel now extends to the actual contents of our make-up bag, and Burt’s Bees are so much more than lipbalm, becoming one of the leaders in natural cosmetics. This gentle highlighting stick adds a sheer tint of colour with a subtle shimmer - and zero eco-guilt.
